Project Management pack

A team of agents for the busywork around the work. You run the project. They handle the reporting, the triage, and the chase-ups.

Point playbooks.cool at your notes, exports, and docs. Agents draft the status report, triage the backlog, and flag the risks — then hand you a review packet. Nothing is posted, sent, or changed until you say so.

  • Runs on your computer
  • Reads your exports & notes
  • Nothing posted without sign-off
  • Bring your own model

The whole workbench runs on your computer. Click around — start a thread, watch it run, review the packet.

What’s in the pack

6 playbooks, ready to run.

Each one is a reusable, versioned workflow — not a saved prompt. Run it, review the result, and tune it to how your team actually works.

01

Weekly status report

Turns standups, tickets, and notes into a cited status report — risks and owners flagged.

02

Backlog triage

Sorts new tickets by priority, owner, and effort; proposes labels and assignees for your sign-off.

03

Standup digest

Summarizes the week’s standups into decisions, blockers, and follow-ups.

04

Risk & dependency log

Scans plans and threads for slipping dates and cross-team dependencies, with a source for each.

05

Meeting → action items

Extracts owners and due dates from meeting notes and drafts the follow-up message.

06

Launch checklist

Builds a go/no-go checklist from your runbook and checks the project against it.

Where it earns its keep

The work you’d rather not be doing by hand.

The Friday status report

Stop hand-assembling updates from five tools. An agent drafts it from your standups and tickets — every line cites where it came from, so you trust it.

A backlog that never stops growing

New tickets get triaged into priority, owner, and effort as they land. You approve the calls that matter; the rest is just tidy.

Risks you hear about too late

Agents watch for slipping dates and quiet dependencies and surface them as a decision — not a surprise in the next steering meeting.

Context trapped in your head

Turn how you actually run a project into a reusable playbook your whole team can run — without anyone learning a tool.

“It writes the status report I used to spend Friday afternoon on — and I can see exactly which standup every line came from.”

Safe by design

Agents propose. You approve. Nothing changes until you do.

  1. 1

    Agents work in a sandbox.

Every agent gets its own private, sealed copy of your files. It can read, draft, and sort — but it can’t change your real documents. It plays in the copy, never the original.

  2. 2

    You get a plain review.

When it’s done, you see a review packet: what changed, in plain words, with the source behind every claim. No jargon, nothing to decode.

  3. 3

You approve — then it’s applied.

Only when you say yes does anything touch your real files. Apply all of it, just the parts you want, or none. Every step can be undone.

There’s no technical setup and nothing for you to manage. The agents work offline on a sealed copy, every change is logged and reversible, your originals are never touched — and nothing leaves your computer unless you choose to send it.

That’s the floor every install gets. Teams in regulated or untrusted environments can lock the network down too.

Skip it and Friday afternoon still goes to the status report — and the risk you didn’t flag still surfaces in the next steering meeting.

We built playbooks.cool the way careful people work.

You see every change before it’s real, every claim shows its source, and your files never leave your computer.
